Welcome to 4G Performance. By registering for, attending, or participating in any training session, program, or service offered by 4G Performance (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“athlete,” “parent/guardian,” or “client”) agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Participation Agreement

All athletes must complete a waiver and release of liability before participating in any session. Participation indicates that the athlete and/or parent/guardian understands the risks associated with athletic training and accepts full responsibility for involvement.

2. Payments & Scheduling

• Payment is required prior to the start of a session, package, or program.

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance by direct communication with 4G Performance staff.

• Group and team sessions may require a minimum number of participants.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Private and small group sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

• Team training cancellations must be communicated by the team’s designated representative at least 48 hours in advance.

• Refunds are only issued at the discretion of 4G Performance management.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Athletes voluntarily participate in physical training that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury. 4G Performance, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, accident, or damages that occur during training sessions.

5. Code of Conduct

All athletes are expected to:

• Arrive on time and ready to train.

• Respect coaches, peers, and facilities.

• Follow safety instructions at all times.
  Failure to comply may result in removal from sessions without refund.

6. Privacy & Communication

We collect basic personal information (such as name, photos, contact details, and emergency contacts) solely for the purpose of scheduling, communication, and safety. Information will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

7. Modifications to Services

4G Performance reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel programs, pricing, or policies at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.

8. Agreement

By participating in 4G Performance training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
