We provide private one-on-one sessions, small group sessions, and full team training. Our programs focus on speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and overall athletic development.

2. Do I need to be an experienced athlete to train with 4G Performance?

We train athletes at every level — from youth and high school athletes building a foundation to college, professional, and elite athletes sharpening their performance. We focus on athletes with drive, passion, and determination to get better and achieve their goals.

3. What should I bring to a session?

Athletes should wear athletic clothing, proper footwear (trainers or cleats depending on the surface), and bring water. If specific equipment is required, we’ll let you know in advance.

4. Can I train with friends or teammates?

Yes! Small group sessions are a great way to train alongside friends, peers, or teammates with similar goals or playing styles.

5. Where do sessions take place?

Locations vary depending on the program. We partner with local fields, gyms, and training facilities. Specific details will be shared when booking your session. Most of our sessions are either at the Matthews Sportsplex or 8001 Raintree Ln.

6. Do you offer team partnerships?

Yes. We work with high school, college, and professional teams to deliver tailored fitness, speed, and agility programs that support team goals and free coaches to focus on skills and strategy.

7. How do I book a session?

You can book through the contact button on our website or by filling out the form with your details. A member of our team will reach out to confirm scheduling.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

Private and small group sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Team sessions must be canceled 48 hours in advance by the coach or team representative.

9. Who are the coaches?

Our sessions are led by Coach Baker and Coach EC, who bring years of experience in performance training, rugby, and athletic development at multiple competitive levels.

10. Do you offer sport-specific training?

Yes. While our foundation is in speed, strength, and agility, we customize programs for athletes in a wide variety of sports.
